Cloudwide DMS (Document Management System) provides a simple and secure online space to collaborate on electronic documents and files. Secure access can be provided to team members and/or customers. No special software is required to use the service. Files are stored securely on our servers and accessed from any computer with a modern web browser and an Internet connection. Cloudwide DMS is a dedicated private cloud service, not a shared resource. A customised instance of the service is setup for each customer. Case Study

A law firm that specialises in property and planning needed to provide an easy and secure means to share documentation with their clients. Many of these clients were in different cities and countries. This made it difficult to provide them with access to documents that needed their input in an acceptable time frame. Email wasn’t an option as many of the documents being sent were too large for email to handle. Sending emails back and forth was also confusing as there may be dozens of amendments being made to documents and contracts. Clients were also worried about the lack of security inherent with email.
